Mrs Bogoza, 82, used to be an active participant in the community. She was a volunteer in the local church community and was known for her warm nature and open door to neighbours and friends. Recently, however, you have noticed that she has become more reserved in her behaviour. She often cancels when she is invited to social events and rarely invites visitors as she used to.

Mrs Cengiz seemed increasingly disorientated and often repeated herself when she spoke to you. Sometimes she didn't seem to remember what day it was or where she had placed certain objects.

The other day you noticed that Mr Kurz suddenly had a lot of bruises and scratches on his arms and legs. When you asked him about this, he seemed embarrassed and tried to play down the injuries. At one point, he casually mentioned that he had fallen or bumped into something, but didn't want to give any specific details.
