{"id":110515,"date":"2025-04-21T10:27:56","date_gmt":"2025-04-21T08:27:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.learn-to-care.eu\/?p=110515"},"modified":"2025-04-21T10:27:58","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T08:27:58","slug":"die-urspruenge-von-learn-to-care","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.learn-to-care.eu\/es\/die-urspruenge-von-learn-to-care\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo una idea en la era Corona se convirti\u00f3 en un proyecto europeo de \u00e9xito: El surgimiento de \"Learn to Care"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los or\u00edgenes de \"Learn to Care\": aprender a pesar de la distancia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea de <strong>\"Aprender a cuidar\"<\/strong> se cre\u00f3 en plena pandemia de coronavirus.<br>En estos tiempos dif\u00edciles, la <strong>Coj\u00edn de tiempo<\/strong> - una empresa social austriaca de servicios asistenciales voluntarios- lo ten\u00eda claro: la extensi\u00f3n nacional de los grupos de voluntarios hac\u00eda casi imposible organizar reuniones de formaci\u00f3n tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos voluntarios ya no pod\u00edan participar en programas de formaci\u00f3n personal. La necesidad de <strong>soluci\u00f3n de aprendizaje flexible, digital e independiente de la ubicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> era de repente m\u00e1s urgente que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo estaba claro:<br>Un <strong>Plataforma en l\u00ednea<\/strong>El sitio web ofrece a los voluntarios la oportunidad de obtener informaci\u00f3n importante sobre cuidados y enfermer\u00eda en cualquier momento, de forma gratuita y f\u00e1cilmente accesible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En busca de socios fuertes: se crea una red europea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer realidad esta visi\u00f3n, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeitpolster.com\">Coj\u00edn de tiempo<\/a> buscar socios que persigan objetivos similares.<br>Hab\u00eda tres organizaciones de Europa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bcoop.bz\">Cooperativa de ciudadanos b*coop<\/a><\/strong> de Italia, sigui\u00f3 el <strong>Comunidad del distrito de Vinschgau<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asibdt.org\/\"><strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Iberoamericana de Bancos de Tiempo<\/strong> <\/a>de Espa\u00f1a,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>y el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ili.fau.de\/institut\/\">Instituto de Innovaci\u00f3n en el Aprendizaje (ILI)<\/a><\/strong> el <strong>Universidad Friedrich-Alexander de Erlangen-Nuremberg<\/strong> en Alemania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juntos presentaron una solicitud al programa Erasmus+.<br>Especialmente importante fue la <strong>Vincular los conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos del voluntariado<\/strong> en varios pa\u00edses con la <strong>experiencia cient\u00edfica en aprendizaje en l\u00ednea<\/strong> la universidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a la combinaci\u00f3n de conocimientos y a una visi\u00f3n clara y compartida, se cre\u00f3 un concepto de proyecto convincente: \u00a1la solicitud fue aprobada!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El camino hacia el \u00e9xito: de un comienzo dif\u00edcil a un proyecto emblem\u00e1tico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El inicio del proyecto no fue f\u00e1cil. Diferentes formas de trabajar, distintas experiencias con los medios digitales, cambios de personal y los retos de la pandemia ralentizaron inicialmente el desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, gracias a la gran motivaci\u00f3n de todos los implicados, el proyecto se convirti\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente en un \u00e9xito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>100 cursos gratuitos en l\u00ednea<\/strong> se desarrollaron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contenido en <strong>cuatro idiomas<\/strong> (alem\u00e1n, ingl\u00e9s, italiano y espa\u00f1ol) disponibles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se ha creado una plataforma de aprendizaje flexible que permite velocidades de aprendizaje individuales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>32 podcasts voluntarios<\/strong> fueron producidos para voluntarios por voluntarios que transmiten con autenticidad sus experiencias personales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Especial <strong>Talleres de podcast<\/strong> ayud\u00f3 a los voluntarios a grabar ellos mismos sus historias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoy: gran inter\u00e9s y diversas opciones de utilizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy -al final del plazo oficial del proyecto- el gran \u00e9xito de <strong>Aprender a cuidar<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varias grandes organizaciones de voluntarios<\/strong> ya han manifestado su inter\u00e9s por utilizar la plataforma de aprendizaje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El resultado es <strong>Diferentes variantes de utilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>desde cursos abiertos para particulares hasta programas de formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edficos para proyectos de voluntariado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Y la historia de \u00e9xitos contin\u00faa:<br>En <strong>1 de marzo de 2025<\/strong> se convierte en <strong>Coj\u00edn de tiempo<\/strong> seguir gestionando la plataforma de forma independiente, seguir desarroll\u00e1ndola y abrirla a nuevos grupos de usuarios, y por supuesto seguir <strong>gratis<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusi\u00f3n: una idea que une a Europa<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aprender a cuidar<\/strong> muestra de manera impresionante c\u00f3mo una idea nacida en la era Corona puede convertirse en una contribuci\u00f3n sostenible al voluntariado europeo.<br>La combinaci\u00f3n de compromiso pr\u00e1ctico e innovaci\u00f3n digital ha creado una plataforma que no s\u00f3lo satisface las necesidades actuales, sino que tambi\u00e9n abre perspectivas de futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>Descubra ahora la plataforma de aprendizaje y forme parte de la comunidad<\/strong> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.learn-to-care.eu\/es\/kursangebot\/\">Descubra los cursos<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#LearnToCare #Voluntariado #OnlineLearning 1TP5Voluntariado #Supervisi\u00f3n #EUproject #DigitalEducation #epale #erasmus #erasmus<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Urspr\u00fcnge von &#8220;Learn to Care&#8221; \u2013 Lernen trotz Distanz Die Idee f\u00fcr &#8220;Learn to Care&#8221; entstand mitten in der Corona-Pandemie.In dieser herausfordernden Zeit wurde bei Zeitpolster \u2013 einem \u00f6sterreichischen Sozialunternehmen f\u00fcr freiwillige Betreuungsdienste \u2013 deutlich: Durch die landesweite Verbreitung der Freiwilligengruppen war es kaum m\u00f6glich, klassische Schulungstreffen durchzuf\u00fchren.
